Matsuda Kei (松田 彗, Matsuda Kei; "Kei Matsuda") is a 1st-year student attending Koyo Girl's Academy.

Kei is a reserved looking girl with a bob of black hair cut with a squared fringe and similarly-coloured eyes.

Compared to her sister, Kei is much less a pervert and more serious minded.

Plot[]
Kei cameos when Hibiki attends a student council meeting, but is not formally introduced and remains in silhouette.
When Reioji Ai and Hoshina Eimi begin challenging each other for Soryuin Akemi attention, Matsuda suggests a tire flipping competition for the right to claim Akemi as their own. They both fail.
She joins the newly formed muscle club.

Etymology[]
- Matsuda means "pine tree, fir tree" (松) (matsu) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta/da).
- Kei means "comet" (彗).
Notes & Trivia[]
- Kei is the student council secretary.
- Kei is the younger sister of Matsuda Tomoko, a character who appears in Kengan Ashura.
- Interestingly, her position as Student Council Secretary to Akemi is similar to her sister's position as Shion's secretary.
