Summary[]

Akemi calls on Hibiki to go the gym but Hibiki says she doesn't want to go as she is pain from the squats she did yesterday. Akemi suggests going to the public pool as swimming is a great type of exercise. Hibiki compliments on how Akemi has a great looking body to which she replies that she is satisfied but wants to look macho. Akemi tells Hibiki that you can tell a lot about a person based on their physique. Before entering the pool, Hibiki prepares to static stretch, but Akemi warns her that static stretches can increase the risk of injury and tells her to do dynamic stretches with her as they increases performance and reduce the likelihood of injury. While stretching Hibiki rips her swimsuit as it was too small.
